Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

Vacation Pet Care Client agrees to pay for service within 7 DAYS of the last visit for that service.

 

Dog walking, Daily, or Weekly care services are invoiced on the 1st or the 15th of the month unless alternate arrangements are made.

 

Payments are due upon the date indicated on the invoice.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Paws & Talk accepts payment via Invoice payment link or through third-party payment sites: Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Cash or checks are accepted upon prior discussion. 

 

There will be an additional $5 charge per visit for the following holidays: New Years Eve & Day | Easter | Memorial Day | Independence Day & Day Prior | Thanksgiving Day, Day Prior, & Day After | Christmas Eve | Christmas & Day After 

Cancellation Policy

24 hrs or more notice for cancellation prior to reservation: NO CHARGE/FULL REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT

 

Less than 24 hrs notice for cancellation of entire reservation: 1ST DAY OF VISIT FEE CHARGED

 

If there is an alteration to the agreed-upon care times, Client must notify Paws & Talk Provider promptly to avoid charges. Paws & Talk will not enter an occupied home without prior notification.

 

*Regular daily/recurring Clients agree to give 7 DAY notice should Client decide to discontinue regular ongoing walk or drop-in service. If the visit for the day needs to be canceled for any reason, please contact Paws & Talk Provider directly at least 1 HOUR prior to the service start time.
